Biography[]
X-Men Origins: Wolverine[]
Chris Bradley was a mutant with the ability to control electrical devices. During the Vietnam War, Bradley was a member a Black Ops group called Team X under the command of William Stryker. The team also consisted of James "Logan" Howlett, Victor Creed, Wade Wilson, Agent Zero, John Wraith, and Fred Dukes.
Shortly after Logan quit the team disbanded. Bradley went to work with a travelling carnival conning members of the public by using his mutant ability to prevent them from turning off a light. Later, he was hunted down by Victor Creed, who brutally killed him. His death caused all the lights in the carnival turn off.

Technopathy: Ability to control electrical devices. Bradley is shown controlling a helicopter, an elevator, and light bulbs among other things. His entire trailer is filled with things run by the power of electricity, such as hundreds of lights and a train set.
